Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We will take non-used product(s) back within five (5) days of receipt of product(s) if our review of the “Reason for Return” is deemed valid and accepted. If you’d like to make a return, contact us via email at websitesales@healthtexusa.com with the following information of the item(s) you’d like to send back and we will notify you within 10 business days of our review and the next step:
                  · Order Number
                  · Item UPC
                  · Item Name
                  · Quantity wishing to return
                  · Reason for return

All refunds processed will be submitted to the form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Unless product(s) are received defective or damaged, shipping and handling return fees must be paid by the purchaser when returning goods. They will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation must be notified via email to websitesales@healthtexusa.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Order Number must be on subject line.
  • Subject line must say: CANCELLATION OF WEBSITE ORDER # _(PUT ORDER NUMBER)______
  • Because we try to ship orders out very quickly, we cannot assure you that the cancellation will be processed before shipment of order.
  • We suggest you contact us via email with a friendly reminder if you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation within 48 hours of your email.
